NAHT is proud to be holding its first Equalities conference – Leading through Allyship. This event – on Thursday 16 September – is aimed at all school leaders, no matter what their background, and focuses in on how everyone can play their part in leading and promoting the equalities agenda in schools. We will be focusing on a whole range of equalities issues, including race, the gender pay gap, neurodiversity, intersectionality, transgender with respected expert speakers and school leaders. Join us for a session on how we as school leaders can promote this agenda though our inspirational leadership and allyship.
