For a school well-being programme to be effective it needs to be planned and well led with the resources to make it sustainable. It also needs to be lived out in a way best described as “the way we do things here.”

This webinar will help you to build a sustainable, coherent and insightful well-being strategic plan that will take you beyond the “nice to do” into areas of professional as well as personal well-being.

It will also help you to build a well-being approach that marks your school or trust out as being an employer of choice which is critical given the current recruitment and retention issues.

Aims

–    Know the value of a consistent agreed definition of well-being for your school/trust.
–    Be able to create a well-being plan with strategies beyond “the nice to do” and which have a real impact on workplace well-being in schools.
–    Have a strategic approach which caters for all groups of staff and critically attends to the wellbeing needs of senior leaders.

Audience

School leaders – Head teachers, Deputy head teachers, Assistant head teachers and SLT including SBLs. Primary, Secondary, Special and APs suitable.
