Believe it or not, planning for the long-term can actually boost your mental well-being. According to an August 2018 Lloyds study, 74% of regular savers feel happier than 36% of non-savers. 53% agreed that having a savings plan had a positive impact on their mental health.*

  • Almost half of all people surveyed admitted money matters are their biggest cause of stress. It’s a particularly large issue for people under 44.*
  • 59% of 35-44 year-olds claim to be anxious and worried about their personal finances.*
  • 58% of 25-34 year-olds believe money matters are their biggest cause of stress.*
