As school and early years setting leaders, we all need to show resilience and determination with our leadership. This final of four sessions will look at ways to start this conversation under each of the four themes, trying to move from recognising to doing something about your well-being.
This session, Social well-being, is about surrounding yourself with people who together promote a meaningful sense of connection, belonging, guidance and support, for you and for them.
