We know from research many school leaders are thinking about a career move.

How would you know if it’s time to begin a new chapter in your career?

What would alert you to thinking it’s time for a change?

If you’re not sure, perhaps take some time to think about this: What does it mean to live and work well?’

Status quo bias can lull us into thinking we’ve just not made the decision yet… but of course remaining as we are, is also a decision.

Lots of head teachers and school leaders are unsure of what to do next, and unsure of where to begin. The first step is to recognise this is an opportunity for learning.

And we’re here to help!

We have a bespoke course just for you – you’ll learn how to define a new future for yourself and create an action plan to make it happen.

  • Clarity about your valuable transferable skills, experience and knowledge

The start of a Roadmap to begin planning your new working life

Understanding of what brings meaning, energy and hope to your life.
