Chantal Dos Santos, Head of Education Partnerships Eteach
Chantal was a teacher for the past 17 years. Starting off in primary education in the beginning of her career, then moving on to teaching maths and science at secondary level. She has taught in South Africa, America and the UK. Chantal now heads up the ECT side of Eteach; looking at how we can attract graduates and then how we can work on supporting them throughout their 2-year induction period; ultimately supporting and guiding ECTs to retain them in the education sector.

Richard Santiago, Talent Acquisition Manager Eteach
Richard has over 15 years’ recruitment experience, with the last 9 years dedicated to helping enterprise technology companies scale quickly in highly competitive markets. In total, his experience has been gained through Internal/Talent Acquisition, Agency and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) roles. This has given him a holistic view of recruitment and resourcing processes. Richard adds value by creating collaborative partnerships with his customers to provide data-driven, strategic resourcing solutions. He is excited to leverage this experience in the education sector and work with schools/Trusts to enable more predictable and successful hiring outcomes.
