This course covers key techniques and procedures to support school leaders in considering all the critical factors in undertaking a formal process in a fair and un-biased manner.
This course brings the designated safeguarding team staff and safeguarding governors completely up to date with current safeguarding legislation.
This session will explore how a “line of sight”, linked to the school’s values and mission, can be created that helps each individual ensure they are focused on what needs to be achieved and have the tools, motivation and opportunity to give of their best.
Using the metaphor of a jigsaw puzzle, the session intends to drive a much needed discussion on resilience and well-being. We will attempt to identify the key pieces in that ‘jigsaw’ of well-being. What are the corner pieces, or how can we identify them? What constitutes an edge piece, for you? Come and spend some time thinking of YOU and add self- to the word compassion.
