  • Accidental Damage, Subsidence cover and £5m Property Owners Liability are all available extensions to this policy.
  • Legal Expenses – Additional Legal Expenses can be included to help protect against legal claims that may arise from Recovery of Rent Arrears, Tenant Disputes, Nuisance or Trespass claims.
  • High Day One Uplift (40%) – This additional cover increases your sums insured by 40% to help protect against any rises in inflation or changes in material costs that may occur during the term of the policy.
