TIB Services recruits professional and community-minded candidates, primarily with backgrounds in the emergency services, British military, engineering and trades, to work within schools as site managers, site staff and caretakers.
Each TIB Services team member brings extensive transferable skills and life experience from their professional backgrounds. TIB Services helps mature and responsible people who have served their country to resettle into new employment within school site teams. Every candidate is interviewed by vetted and safeguarding specialists, all of whom are retired career police officers with extensive experience.
With a candidate pool of more than 3,500 people, TIB Services covers the whole of the UK. Since launching in 2013, the company has built supplier relationships with more than 850 schools and 150 MATs, sourcing KCSIE and enhanced DBS-checked site managers, site staff and caretakers.
